ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a Customer Service Representative / Operations Administrator to join our growing team. In this diverse role, you'll support our online retail customers while taking ownership of our wholesale client relationships. Behind the scenes, you'll manage critical operational processes from shipment coordination to stock management. This role offers fantastic exposure across our business — from customer service to wholesale relationships and retail operations — making you an integral part of Hommey's growth journey! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to Hommey’s Operations & Wholesale Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Deliver exceptional customer service across email, live chat, and phone channels Manage end-to-end order processing, including changes, refunds, and issue resolution Drive continuous improvement in our customer experience through cross-team collaboration Wholesale Customer Care Be the main point of contact for Hommey's wholesale partners, building and nurturing these key relationships Assist in managing wholesale operations including order fulfillment, B2B portal maintenance, and stockist onboarding Coordinate wholesale collateral and keep partners updated on product releases, restocks and changes Operations & Supply Chain Coordination Track and coordinate inbound stock shipments with suppliers & freight forwarders Maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouse and ERP systems Process supplier invoices and manage stock-related operational tasks ABOUT YOU You're an organised, dependable person who thrives on delivering great customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence. You're looking to join a collaborative and hardworking team, and the idea of wearing multiple hats in a growing business excites you. Sounds good so far? You'll be the kind of person who will have: 1+ years in customer service, with B2C and B2B experience preferred Experience with e-commerce and inventory systems (Shopify & Cin7 preferred) Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships Strong written communication, with a professional yet friendly tone Confident phone manner — you enjoy building relationships through conversation High attention to detail with a structured approach to managing processes Able to juggle competing priorities while staying level-headed and solution-focused Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe suite for assisting in creating wholesale collateral Experience with inventory management or supply chain operations Above all — bring a positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow!
