Customer Service Representative (Transport - Port Logistics) We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Customer Service Representative to be part of our team at our site based in Yennora, NSW. What you’ll be doing: Build strong relationships with customers and the operations team. Proactively manage customer inquiries and ensure service levels and satisfaction are met. Communicate clearly and promptly with both customers and internal teams. Coordinate client orders with warehouse and transport teams to meet daily requirements. Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and deliver efficient solutions. Manage time effectively, problem-solve, and multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in Transport and Port Logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and strong data entry skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
