We are currently seeking a Customer Service-Transport Operator to join our team in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities Check and process import documentation. Coordinating and arranging deliveries of Airfreight, LCL, FCL shipments to customers nominated delivery point. Coordination of commodities include but not limited to General cargo, Dry goods and refrigerated cargo. Monitor cargo availability and status. Arranging inspections with DAWE as required. Approve and process creditor invoices. Job registrations. Obtain and prepare necessary documents for Customs clearance, through to delivery of goods to customers. Collect relevant charges, invoicing, and job costings. Communicate all delays and issues to customers. Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years’ industry experience. Understanding of warehouse, wharf, shipping and airline procedures and processes. Experience with EDI-Cargo Wise software preferred. Strong communication, time management & problem-solving skills.
