Matthews Australasia is the Australian leader in intelligent product identification, inspection, and software traceability solutions. With decades of experience, we understand the challenges that face our customers in driving efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effective processes in their supply chain. We are now looking for a Customer Service team member to join our team based in Scoresby. This role exists to maintain Matthews Inbound system, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer journey from initial contact to final transaction, exceeding customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include: Contributing to the running Matthews’ Inbound system and providing an exceptional level of service to our customers. Establishing strong networks with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives and in turn create the ultimate customer experience. Assisting the CARE (aftermarket) team to ensure a timely response to customer queries. Contributing to fulfilling the Customer experience and enhancing customer loyalty to the Matthews brand. Our ideal candidate will have: Proven ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities whilst under pressure. Strong customer focus with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience. Proficient computer skills, with strong/accurate numerical and data analysis skills. Excellent attention to detail. Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset for evaluating problems and investigating issues. Decisive with the ability to make informed decisions quickly. Demonstrated leadership skills. Degree qualification an advantage. A professional demeanour with the ability to exercise mature judgement, to work autonomously and to take personal responsibility for the outputs of the role. Previous experience working with ERP and D365 systems would be highly regarded. As would experience working in a detailed transactional environment.
