A leading climate-tech startup is revolutionising the real estate sector with their data platform, aiming to offer real-time insights to eliminate wasted resources. They are on the lookout for a Customer Solutions Engineer who will be Perth Based and act as the primary technical advisor for all Customers, with a core focus to develop a deep understanding of the platform, oversee technical deployments and support, resolve complex issues and analyse client data for optimisation. You will join a small, resourceful team where a day in the life will involve: Working with the Customer Success Specialists as the product expert to support across technical issues raised across product features. Operational and Strategic Support: Contribute to customer success management plans, oversee third-party delivery partners, and support strategy development and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Upselling and Growth Initiatives: Identify and support up-sell opportunities, collaborate with marketing and sales teams on growth initiatives, and assist in developing case studies and supporting demonstrations. Technical Proficiency and Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts (basic knowledge of APIs and integrations), manage multiple client engagements, and use internal resources to maximise growth and customer satisfaction. Why you? Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS business. 2-4 years experience working as a customer solutions engineer. Proficient across Python and SQL (scripting languages). Strong analytic, troubleshooting and monitoring platform experience. Experience in sustainability, energy, or building services sectors is a bonus. Knowledge across server infrastructure, Windows OS, networks, IoT, Rest API and databases. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a no-ego company where team collaboration is a core value.
