Customer Success Coordinator/ Account Manager Our client is a leading global SaaS/Marketing automation platform that empowers their customers to build their brands using leading AI solutions, making their products exciting! This business is growing in APAC with its head office in Sydney. You will be working in a vibrant software company with an innovative and motivated team dynamic. They have a modern edge and fun team environment. This role is newly created, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Success Coordinator/Account Manager who has worked in SaaS or has knowledge or experience in marketing automation. Responsibilities: Manage a dedicated customer portfolio and support the customer success team with outreach, admin, and marketing-related tasks (80-120 majority existing). Engage customers, whether virtually or in person. Be accountable for the retention and growth of your customers. Build and foster relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple customer teams. Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources. Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve our processes' quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. To succeed in this role, we are looking for the following experience and attributes: Must have experience in a similar client-facing or account management role. Business savvy with a problem-solving and solutions-based mindset. Motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and can provide strong examples of achieving results while balancing demanding expectations. Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, and email). Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SaaS and marketing automation software is a huge plus. Some travel required (up to 15%). Benefits: Paid public holidays and some USA holidays.
