About the Job As a Workspace Customer Success Manager, you are an expert in digital workplace transformation and Generative AI, with knowledge of the customer personas and of the technology and industry trends that are driving businesses to evolve the way they work. You will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers to help them gain maximum value from Google Workspace solutions, and will work with other customer-facing teams to ensure that a customer’s experience on Google Cloud exceeds their expectations. You will enable the broader ecosystem to scale the practices implemented with customers through developing relevant playbooks, and driving knowledge sharing within the Workspace customer community in the region.
