Customer service and support Full-time Location: Hybrid | Sydney, NSW, AU · WFH days are Tuesday and Thursday. However, for the first month, the successful candidate is required to work Tuesdays in the office. Experience Level: Junior · A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation, and the ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required. About the role The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will take ownership of onboarding new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from day one. This includes delivering tailored training sessions, setting up workflows, and aligning the GovConnex platform with the unique needs of each customer. In addition, the CSM will handle customer support, acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries. What you'll be responsible for Account Retention and Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions. Adoption and Success Management: Support customers in gaining value from the product/service, including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice. Customer Advocacy and Feedback: Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs. Skills you'll need Accurately identify and rectify discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables. Work collaboratively with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals.
