About the role: As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of helping clients leverage the full potential of Quantaco’s technology platform, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers realise the full value of their investment in our technology, driving measurable improvements in their operations. In this role, you’ll combine your passion for hospitality with your technical expertise to solve real-world problems for our clients. As the voice of the customer, you will advocate client needs, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our offer continues to meet their needs. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high engagement & satisfaction with our platform. Collaborate with Client Directors on managing accounts, ensuring ongoing technology engagement, reporting on product adoption, and delivering value. Collaborate directly with our clients, providing hands-on support and guidance on operational best practice to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Lead client implementation and adoption efforts of technology. Serve as a primary escalation point and subject matter expert on a range of technology. Troubleshooting complex client inquiries and guiding clients through issue resolution, enhancements, and new feature rollouts. Support and guide offshore colleagues who deliver first level support. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, onboarding & technology) to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience. About you: You will have a technical mindset and enjoy problem solving along with a natural desire to learn and seek answers. Your innovative streak means you are not satisfied with the status quo. Customer obsession is how you approach everything you do. You like to be collaborative and will enjoy fostering strong relationships across cultures. Self-motivated and eager to learn you are a natural problem solver. Minimum five years’ experience in a Customer Success or Implementation role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Experience and enthusiasm in using software applications, knowledge of HubSpot, Deputy, Tanda or Employment Hero is an advantage but not required. High level of interpersonal communication skills, spanning verbal, written and electronic. Superior stakeholder management & some experience of account management, sales or customer support is required. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and ideally some project management experience. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, using curiosity to uncover issues and drive effective, scalable resolutions.
