To succeed in this role, you will be flexible in your daily activities, enjoy problem-solving, and look for new ways to help customers achieve success using Codafication’s tools. As the voice of our customers, you will play an important role in our business working closely with the Project Management, Business Analyst, and Software Engineering teams to manage different projects to success. You will provide clear and empathetic customer service and technical support ensuring clients experience success with Codafication’s product offerings. Your day-to-day duties will include: Delivering onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring for customers Building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers Providing frontline support to customers and management of Jira support tickets Building and maintaining high-quality customer-facing materials and repositories (e.g., knowledge base library, FAQs, training packages) Providing feedback, support, and updates to internal stakeholders to optimise the customer experience Conducting workshops, demonstrations, training, and reviews of products with customers Driving adoption and retention while identifying opportunities for account growth and additional product placement About You As our successful candidate, you will demonstrate: At least 2 years of relevant work experience Previous experience in onboarding and SaaS advantageous Excellent written and verbal skills Love for problem-solving and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to win trust and drive relationships to ensure best outcomes for customers and the business Excellent resource management and planning skills Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow Ability to resolve customer complaints, enquiries, and conduct basic troubleshooting quickly and efficiently Life at Coda Brand new Fortitude Valley Office bordering James Street Precinct Quarterly staff functions - Celebrate our success as a team Be recognised and rewarded for your achievements Revitalise Days + Volunteer Leave giving you up to 3 extra leave days a year to do what you love Regular 1-2-1 time with your leader to accelerate your career Genuine career progression Hybrid working environment to promote genuine work-life balance If you want to be part of a winning team and this role suits you to a tee, I would love to hear from you.
