Customer Success & Operations Manager full time As a Customer Success & Operations Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients and talents, ensuring seamless onboarding, high satisfaction, and long-term retention. Your role goes beyond account management—you will act as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and operational leader, ensuring that client expectations are met while identifying growth opportunities. Your ability to proactively manage relationships, optimize team performance, and resolve issues efficiently will be critical to success. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data analysis to drive decision-making. Ability to work remotely while maintaining high accountability and efficiency.
