What You'll Be Doing Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with peers in sales and operations to ensure the best in class experience for customers and drive continuous improvement. You will be the key voice for the CS function, ensuring they are doing everything to drive real value and satisfaction with customers. You will: Manage a portfolio of high value accounts. Lead and grow the customer success function (small off-shore team). Develop and implement strategies to retain customers through meaningful touch points, ensuring each customer feels supported and valued. Lead quarterly strategic reviews and monthly check-ins for top tier clients to maintain alignment with their business goals. Work closely with other departments such as Product and Marketing to ensure alignment and the delivery of a cohesive client experience. Provide mentoring and coaching to help the team achieve renewal targets. Deliver and report on data-driven customer success strategies. Drive success with customer adoption to ensure renewal and/or expansion of their account. Create and refine scalable, reusable assets (playbooks, recipes, or delivery related) to further enable customers to be increasingly self-sufficient and successful on their journey. What You Will Bring A track record in leading customer success teams (ideally high velocity). Ideally experience within the marketing or E-commerce segment. Demonstrated team leadership and management experience. Commercial acumen to balance delivering awesome customer experiences and business priorities. Genuine passion for working for a global fast-growing company with distributed teams.
