As a Customer Support Associate, you will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. Our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools & opportunities you need to develop customer-focused skills, enhance your knowledge of Australia’s telecom industry, and upskill in industry-standard software platforms. We are currently hiring for two types of Inbound Call Centre Associate roles but with different working arrangements. Hours of Operation Nesting: 3-4 Weeks (7 am - 7 pm, any 8 hrs., Mon -Fri) Up to 4 months post Nesting: Work from office (7 am - 7 pm, any 8 hrs., Mon -Fri) Thereafter: Hybrid Schedule (Rotating Roster): Timing: 7 am - 11 pm, Monday to Sunday If you are someone with: A passion for helping people A great attitude and a willingness to learn A desire to work in a fun and supportive environment A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet An Australian/ NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency or a Temporary Resident visa with at least 1-year full work validity and unrestricted working rights Immediately Apply to be a part of this wonderful family.
