About the role: Based @ Mordialloc Full time, Monday - Friday Ensure the sales and admissions process Conduct tours Build meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholders Support the implementation of approved marketing events Assist with processing of fortnightly staff payroll Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash, and invoicing Assist with client services and general enquiries Support recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts Reception and other administration duties where required Manage team rosters and timesheets At Opal HealthCare we are dedicated to our purpose to bring joy to those we care for.
