Customer Support Representative - Parts Sales Pay: Competitive Employment type: Full-Time Job Description An exciting opportunity has become available for a focused and motivated individual in the position of Customer Support Representative. Based out of our Wacol branch, this role will have you working with a customer base to improve customer service by providing solutions to our customer’s challenges. You will be supported by the Brisbane Branches and backed by our OEM parts department, OEM service support, and OEM solutions including preventative maintenance programs. The position focuses on the South Brisbane region area up until Coffs Harbour. This role will involve travel and overnight stays where required. As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include: Manage an existing network of customers and source new customers to grow our business. Promote parts and service sales solutions to achieve company budgeted sales targets. Work to a customer call cycle and actively build parts and service quotes tailored to customers’ needs and conduct B2B sales negotiations. Report on activity, prospects, sales opportunities, and competitor activity. To be successful you will need: Strong technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipment. Demonstrated success in a similar sales role. Self-motivation and the ability to build long-term relationships. Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
