Customer Team Leader Location: Chester Road, Deeside, CH5 2DTPay: £13.32 per hourContract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part timeWorking pattern: varied shifts including early mornings from 5am, afternoons, late evenings until 11pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview.Full, paid training provided You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.What you’ll do Provide friendly and thoughtful service – managing the store and handling challenging situations. Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture. Ensure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational. Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance customer experience. Support your store manager by deputising when they’re not working. Lead the introduction of new products and services in your store. Build relationships and engage with your local community. This job would suit people who have A genuine care for the needs of customers and members. Ability to balance leading and supporting your team. Great people skills to build positive relationships.
