As the Cyber & Digital Risk Graduate, you will be responsible for supporting the technology and operations line 1 risk owners to identify and manage their risk and controls, supporting audits and driving risk as work across the Technology and Operations team. Responsibilities Working with line 1 risk owners to identify emerging risks/controls, review existing risks/controls and updates into Readinow. Reviewing and chasing up on due dates for TechOps Issues & Incidents entered on Readinow. Translate complex technical concepts to non-technical users’ content. Work with internal and external stakeholders to support the performance of internal, external and customer audits. Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Helia including Line 1 Risk owners, Line 2 Risk teams, Technology and Operations teams, Commercial and Internal Audit. Identify improvement opportunities across our control environment including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding users, system improvements, process automation, application reviews and cyber controls. Act as an intermediary, facilitating communication between Internal and External Audit teams and TechOps stakeholders. Support the audit process by coordinating meetings, defining scope, handling evidence requests, and ensuring timely responses. Review evidence provided by stakeholders to ensure it meets the expectations of internal and external audit teams. Escalate any overdue items or unfulfilled requests to ensure timely responses. Close off any Audit Findings, Observations & Management Responses. Support the development of Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures on Readinow & Wikis. Maintaining the currency and accuracy of Asset classification register and treatment e.g. periodic reviews. Supporting information security assessments for new & existing suppliers, notifying SRMs of any potential risks and raising exemptions where applicable. Supporting the development and release of Phishing campaigns and reporting. Identifying security training modules, releasing, tracking progress on completion, reporting. Participating in Cyber month awareness campaigns, general training and awareness. Supporting the Cyber Program and Cyber Operations team with any governance. Who you are. A university graduate with a growth mindset, passion for process, problem solving and learning. Able to communicate well, be logical with a strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn quickly and are seeking opportunities to grow. Familiarity with agile concepts and frameworks e.g. SCRUM, or Safe. Self-motivated with the ability to work both as part of a team as well as independently. Good at spoken communication including participating in workshops and showcasing work. Good at written communication to be able to effectively share & follow up on requirements. Willing to challenge the status quo, automate to improve efficiency and remove zombie processes. Well organised so that everything is tracked on JIRA and Confluence for visibility and transparency.
