Cyber Governance & Risk - Senior Manager Are you an experienced GRC leader ready to drive cybersecurity risk and compliance strategies within a complex, high-impact environment? We’re seeking a dynamic GRC Manager to take charge of maturing our organisation’s governance, risk, and compliance practices, focusing on cybersecurity and technology risk across critical infrastructure business units. As GRC Manager, you’ll spearhead the organisation’s cybersecurity risk management initiatives, working directly with senior stakeholders to embed practical, robust risk frameworks. Act as the cybersecurity risk authority, helping to drive compliance with industry standards and regulations while ensuring operational resilience. Proven expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) , specifically within cybersecurity and technology risk . Strong track record in risk transformation —from designing policy to delivering practical, sustainable risk solutions. Exceptional stakeholder management skills—you can engage and influence senior leaders and align risk practices with strategic objectives. Experience across consulting and industry , with the ability to see projects through from concept to execution. High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a focus on continuous improvement —you know how to foster a culture of feedback and growth.
