Our client, one of Australia's Largest Local Councils is currently looking for a highly skilled Cyber Project Manager for an initial 24 Month contract with Market Rates and WFH Flex on offer! THE ROLE As the Cyber Project Manager, your role will be to ensure successful project delivery and includes: Detailed planning and governance of Cyber Security projects (scheduling, cost management, risk and issue management and controls). Procurement activities including tendering, evaluation and contract management. Support processes including internal Council and vendor tiered support and arrangements. Implementation activities including vendor engagement and management, coordinated deployments, security processes, data migration, testing and change processes. SKILLS Demonstrable experience in end-to-end delivery of Cyber security projects. Experience in Hybrid (cloud and on-premise) environments. Understanding of technical concepts and terminology. Extensive experience in successfully procuring and managing vendors and working collaboratively with key client stakeholders/representatives. Experience and in-depth understanding of Project Management methodologies. Experience in successfully procuring ICT solutions and services and establishing contracts with vendors. Experience in the development of strategies and frameworks. DESIRABLE Knowledge of the ACSC Essential 8. Previous delivery of a broad range of cyber solutions, such as:Identity and Access Management,Privileged access management,Cyber control assurance reporting,Data protection solutions and processes,Network security solutions. Cyber Security certification, such as CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security+. Certification against a recognised Project Management Competency Standard (CPPM, PMP, DipPM). Experience using Microsoft Project Enterprise Project Management - EPM.
