You will be working with top-tier clients, helping them protect, detect, and respond to high-end business risks and cyber threats. As part of our Cyber Resilience team, you'll play a pivotal role in advising organisations on business continuity, technology resilience, and crisis management-helping them navigate an increasingly complex cyber landscape. What You'll Be Doing: Leading and delivering cyber resilience engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients. Advising on cyber resilience governance, frameworks, and risk management strategies. Collaborating across KPMG's advisory practice to integrate resilience with broader risk and IT transformation initiatives. Running business impact assessments, developing business continuity plans, and facilitating crisis simulations. Coaching and mentoring junior team members. Engaging with clients in the Utilities, Energy, Water, and Healthcare sectors to drive impactful solutions. What we are looking For: Proven experience in Business Resilience, Technology Resilience, Cyber Resilience, or Crisis Management . A strong track record in consulting, ideally with experience in utilities or healthcare . Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. A degree in Business Continuity, Information Security, IT, or a relevant field (MSc preferred). The ability to manage budgets and potentially lead a team as the role evolves.
