As a Cyber Security Analyst II , you will be responsible for using technical knowledge and organizational skills to implement, remediate, and maintain patch level across the enterprise, research and establish an application delivery framework that is consistent with architectural and self-service delivery objectives. What you’ll do The role responsibilities include: Help implement and manage necessary security controls to support various Frameworks such as E8 and ISO 27001. Help establish and support a governance and compliance program for application, OS lifecycle management, replete with the design and creation of catalog items to support streamlined, authorized exceptions management. Compile and track vulnerabilities and mitigation results to quantify program effectiveness. Create and maintain vulnerability management policies, procedures, and training. Develop risk-based mitigation strategies for networks, operating systems, and applications. Ensure the accurate and timely release of vulnerability metrics. Research and investigate new and emerging vulnerabilities, to include Zero Day events, assessing against risk to the corporate and production environments, and participating in external security communities. Self-starter attitude and is outfitted with skill sets to drive conversation, gain consensus, technically validate, and drive completion. Implement & manage consumption, performance, and Monitoring platform reporting. Participate in deep dives for continual improvements to delivery and performance to ensure Worley’s customers benefit from the best application, patching and configuration experience. Oversee technical aspects to Service Delivery and partner with Service Partners to drive community of practice excellence. Support audit function, prepare reports and documentation for Compliance. Participate and contribute to Knowledge Management, Problem, and support the Incident Management process. Collaborate with Customer and Support organization for continual improvement. What you’ll have Experience supporting and managing and deploying SCCM, Windows Defender, Palo Alto Expanse, Tenable, Tanium in an enterprise environment and must have an expert understanding of Windows OS including Windows 10, Windows 11, Server 2016 and 2019. Ability to work independently without intensive oversight, take initiative, and research problems independently. Ability to identify, develop, and implement initiatives to improve the IT environment and user experience. Experience working with and supporting structured change management, testing, and configuration. Must be a team player with strong oral, written communication, and presentation communication skills. Ability to translate technical or complex concepts into user-friendly language. Ability to collaborate, working closely with both functional and technical teams, and can work independently and within a team environment. Good negotiation skills along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and trouble-shooting skills. High level knowledge of scripting for reporting, analysis and automation of manual processes and has sound knowledge of industry standards and methodologies. Ability to remain flexible as priorities change, adaptable to change, and able to accept ambiguity. Established skills in time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization of work. Ability to manage globally dispersed virtual teams across a few IT disciplines and have experience and understanding of cultural diversity and the ability to manage culturally diverse teams/individuals. Post-secondary qualification in related field and relevant IT experience with practical experience of software development life cycle. Relevant experience with understanding and application of policies, standards, processes, and procedures. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Microsoft Operating Framework (MOF) qualifications and experience and relevant Microsoft Technical accreditation is highly desirable.
