Role Summary The Senior Cyber Engineer is responsible for supporting the secure implementation of systems from conception through to operations. The incumbent will leverage their professional expertise to guide secure practices and ensure the integration of appropriate security controls into products, service designs, and performance logging solutions. Key Outcomes Provide expert advice on security engineering practices, technical security controls, and related topics. Lead the creation and implementation of security designs and solutions. Assist management in enforcing approved security architecture, policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Contribute expert knowledge to governance in the security domain. Ensure that security services are implemented as protection services, including authentication and authorization, detection services such as monitoring and auditing, and response services such as incident response and forensics. Develop or inform the development of security mechanisms and ensure the integrity of the architectures regarding security. Minimum Requirements: Australian citizenship is mandatory for this role.
