If you're passionate about cyber security, thrive in complex environments, and excel at leading teams, we want you!About the Role As the Cyber Security Engineering Team Lead, you will:Lead and inspire a team of skilled Cyber Security Engineers, fostering growth and excellence. Design and deploy robust security platforms leveraging technologies like Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Carbon Black, Endpoint, Splunk, and AWS Azure. Take ownership of vulnerability management, ensuring systems are protected and compliant. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Mentor junior team members, enhancing the capability of our Security Operations Centre. You’ll also play a pivotal role in enhancing our SOC capabilities, contributing to automation strategies, and supporting operational excellence.What You Bring 3-4 years’ experience in a SOC environment. Minimum 1 year of leadership experience. Strong technical capability with proven deployment experience. Demonstrated expertise in incident response and security log analysis using SIEM tools. Programming skills (Python or Ruby) for automation are a plus. Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring and team development. Why Join Us?
