In your role as a Cyber Value and Benefits Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximising value within quarterly cycles in line with the cyber investment strategy. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing a benefits realisation framework, aligning metrics to the strategy, and tracking their realisation post-project completion. You will ensure cybersecurity investments align with business objectives, deliver measurable value, train executives on tracking metrics, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives based on value and risk. Additionally, you will develop and maintain dashboards to track metrics, co-design and monitor KPIs, report on project performance, and estimate dependencies with other business units. You will also support the Transformation Lead and Portfolio Operations Manager with insights and reports during quarterly planning and ensure delivery assurance by validating program status data for accuracy and compliance. What you offer 7+ years’ experience in cybersecurity portfolio management or value and benefits management with recent exposure to projects within institutional banking or financial services industry. Experience in developing and governance of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategic plan. Proven experience with Risk Management Frameworks. Adept at handling multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations within a challenging business environment. Strong leadership skills to drive and motivate cross-functional teams.
