Wipro Perth, Western Australia, Australia Position: CyberArk Tester Role Brief: The CyberArk Privilege Cloud PAM Tester is responsible for hands-on experience in defining, planning, and designing test cases for CyberArk Privilege Cloud solution across IT and OT environments. They conduct testing of platforms across all environments and security zones, execute PVT testing, generate test accounts, perform system integration testing, execute user acceptance testing, and ensure stable and functional integration by logging, tracking, and resolving defects identified during testing phases. Additionally, they revise and finalize detailed infrastructure design documentation, update as-built documentation, operational manuals, and knowledge base articles to support the integrated system effectively. Primary Skills: Hands-on experience in defining, planning, and designing test cases for CyberArk Privilege Cloud solution Experience in executing PVT testing and system integration testing Ability to log, track, and resolve defects identified during testing phases Proficiency in revising infrastructure design documentation and updating operational manuals Job Description: Hands-on experience in defining, planning, designing test cases for CyberArk privilege Cloud solution across the IT and OT environments Testing of platforms across all environments and security zones Execute PVT Testing: Perform PVT testing by running the planned scripts and cases, documenting outcomes, and addressing any issues identified to ensure the system meets all operational requirements. Generate test accounts to be used for validating integration functionality and performance. Create Safes for Test Accounts: Set up dedicated safes in CyberArk for securely storing and managing test account credentials. Perform system integration testing to validate the interaction of integrated components and identify issues. Execute user acceptance testing to confirm the system meets end-user requirements and business needs. Log, track, and resolve defects identified during testing phases to ensure a stable and functional integration. Revise and finalize the detailed infrastructure design documentation to reflect any changes made during the integration process. Update the as-built documentation to capture the actual implementation details and ensure alignment with the final design. Update the operational manual to include detailed guidance on managing and maintaining the integrated solution. Add or update relevant knowledge base articles to equip the Service Desk with the information needed to support the integrated system effectively. Revise the infrastructure design documentation to accurately reflect changes and updates made during the completed processes, ensuring it aligns with the implemented architecture.
