Job Description

Professional 2 - Remuneration Package Range $106,158 - $126,245 (including salary $90,204 - $107,554) Cyclotron Facility, Royal Darwin Hospital Full time, ongoing vacancy Darwin, Northern Territory Job Responsibilities: Participate in the production of radiopharmaceuticals. Operate IBM Cyclotron Kiube and Synthera+ synthesis models. Ensure compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Collaborate with a team of medical professionals. Participate in the production, quality control, and quality assurance of Fluorine and Gallium based radiopharmaceuticals. Foster a positive workplace culture. Qualifications: To be successful you require tertiary qualifications in chemistry, pharmacy, or a relevant discipline, proven experience as a radiochemist working in a GMP environment manufacturing radiopharmaceuticals on cyclotron and synthesis modules. Demonstrated experience in optimisation of radiolabelling protocols, yields, and purity to GMP standards is essential.
