The Role We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Senior Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant to enhance our organization's operational efficiency and business processes. Responsibilities The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust D365 solutions tailored to our needs. This includes configuring modules, gathering and documenting client requirements, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant will continuously collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and provide training and support to end-users, ensuring the successful adoption of D365 solutions. You will provide: Assist in the implementation and customization of D365 F&O solutions Gather and document client requirements and business processes Configure D365 FO modules under the guidance of senior consultants Participate in testing and quality assurance activities Collaborate with team members and internal clients to ensure project success Stay updated with the latest D365 FO features and industry trends Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues during and after implementation Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation Provide end-user training and support What We Offer Join a dynamic team at a renowned South Australian company, known for their innovation and outside-the-box thinking. About You Minimum 3 years of experience as an SCM functional consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications or training preferred Experience in the following modules: Advanced and standard warehouse management Production Control Master Planning Inventory Management Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes Ability to write Functional Design Documents (FDD’s) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, taking direction from senior consultants Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Ability to work independently with a collaborative and proactive approach to work. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
