State-of-the-Art DC Facility: Purpose-built with impressive value-driven sustainability and team member facilities. Modern and Innovative: Our 16,000 square metre semi-automated facility represents the next enhancement in the ongoing modernisation and innovation of our Supply Chain operations. This role will lead our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) team, with oversight of all state-based customer fulfilment, store replenishment, and transport execution. This rewarding role will drive fulfilment and delivery operations across WA and NT, ensuring accurate and consistent order fulfilment and delivery for Officeworks’ customers and stores. Based near Perth airport, this role will oversee all aspects of the operations, with a focus on Safety, People, Service, Productivity, Cost & Inventory. We Are Looking For: Leadership and Coaching: Ability and solid experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams. Operational Experience: Sound operational experience within a complex Supply Chain/distribution facility. Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and 3PL service providers. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous enhancements in our operational processes, systems, and infrastructure. Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and a customer mindset.
