Amazon Services has established ISG (International Seller Growth) organization and its business function operates out of Hyderabad, having sub-functions like Leads Management, Seller Recruitment, Compliance, Listing & API Integration Services. The API Integration Services (APIIS) team enables Launch & Growth of Private Developers (Sellers) and Public developers (Integrators) by enabling readiness for API Integration and providing end-to-end integration support, tailored to their specific business needs. We devise solutions for business/technical challenges and provide reliable recommendations on API integration opportunities that drive Seller Partner growth. We are looking for a leadership role, where you will be responsible for: Delivering an exceptional integration experience to our international developers through our existing services. Launching a new "API Module" to identify and drive adoption of high-impact APIs. Proactively driving non-integrated sellers to adopt APIs and transforming the APIIS function into a revenue-generating function. Launching a new Integrator Module to accelerate the launch of Integrators in Emerging Marketplaces. This role requires an individual with: Solid understanding of software systems and APIs. Solid account and program management skills. Ability to engage effectively with Sellers, Integrators, and senior Amazon leaders. Excellent statistical and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail. Outstanding business acumen and ability to develop/deliver revenue-generating initiatives. Ability to establish effective partnerships with business owners and product/tech teams. Key Job Responsibilities Establishing robust and scalable processes to execute and manage 2025 initiatives to improve Seller/developer experience through programmatic solutions. Establishing partnerships with internal sales leaders globally, identifying opportunities to implement the API Module. Driving API AM Development, Experience & Knowledge activities. Collaborating with teams across Amazon to adopt/improve relevant Generative AI models during API integration. Being the Voice of the developers, developing mechanisms to collect/surface issues and influence product teams. Consolidating experience with Amazon SP-APIs and liaising with API Product teams. Piloting new ideas to test their viability, aiming to improve developer experience and revenue. Participating in planning meetings to understand growth strategy. Developing a 3-year vision and roadmap for the APIIS function. Managing staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, and projects. Writing documents and driving discussions with stakeholders. Managing L5s and L4s, providing feedback and coaching for performance improvement. Participating in hiring/building the team and raising the bar in hiring. Basic Qualifications 7 years of team management experience. Overall experience of 13 years with 7 years of people management experience. Top-tier BTech/MTech Degree and MBA. 5 years of experience in Account/program management in the consumer Internet space. 5 years of experience working directly with technical teams. Sound understanding of SDLC, software interfaces, and IT systems. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Demonstrated ability to build and manage a group of people. Demonstrated passion for delivering a positive Seller experience. Ability to support Business and provide solutions for Seller/Developer pain points. Ability to adapt well to changing circumstances and manage conflicting priorities. Preferred Qualifications Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with technical employees.
