Position DescriptionYou will serve as a DETACHMENT MANAGER in the FRCMA A/C DEPT of FRC SE DET MIDLANT OCEANA. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will conduct long and short-term resource planning to ensure fluctuating work requirements can be accomplished with fluctuating resources. You will evaluate cost effectiveness of a program or project and ensure that budgeting guidelines are met. You will analyze procurement issues within an organization to determine impact on program funding. You will determine impacts to schedule and production personnel to ensure that schedules are followed without exception. You will assign work to personnel based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. You will analyze variance reports to identify scheduling problems and recommend solutions. Salary Information Minimum Salary: 126382.0Maximum Salary: 164296.0 #J-18808-Ljbffr
