We are seeking a highly skilled Stream Lead to drive the Data & AI Operating Model Design for a leading telecommunications company. This role requires a strategic thinker with Telco experience, transformation expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills to shape how Data & AI functions operate within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead a small team to design and implement a Data & AI operating model. Align senior stakeholders by providing best practices and facilitating discussions. Develop an engagement model between Data & AI teams and the business. Advise on operating model challenges, identifying what works and what doesn't. Utilise Data Mesh principles to optimise data and AI capabilities. Drive transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes. Key Requirements: Proven experience in Data & AI Operating Model Design. Strong Telco industry experience and understanding of its data challenges. Expertise in stakeholder management, alignment, and facilitation. Hands-on experience with transformation in a data-driven environment. Knowledge of Data Mesh and its impact on Data & AI strategies.
