Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing insights that improve business processes and strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Gather, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources such as databases, APIs, and spreadsheets. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or Google Data Studio . Write and optimize SQL queries to extract relevant data from databases. Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and provide recommendations. Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to support decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Automate data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field . 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python or R) . Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling is a plus. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop or Spark. Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing. Understanding of machine learning models and AI-driven analytics . #J-18808-Ljbffr
