About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of problem-solving in complex and ambiguous situations. This role requires expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI, with the ability to extract, analyse, and visualise data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. What You'll Be Doing: As a Data Analyst, you'll be key to making the business operate smoothly by identifying unseen opportunities particularly in the context of decision support and strategic recommendation. You'll combine problem-solving with live data extractions to aid the business in delivering tailored operational solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Create clear and actionable reports and dashboards in Power BI for stakeholders at various levels. SQL Data Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from large datasets. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different databases and systems. Problem Solving & Decision Support: Tackle ambiguous business problems and provide data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and improve reporting processes. Independent Work & Initiative: Manage and prioritize your own workload, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analysis and insights. Take ownership of projects and proactively seek opportunities for process improvement. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support. Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL , with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction and manipulation. Hands-on experience with Data Factory, and Microsoft’s Power suite . Expertise in Power BI for building reports, dashboards, and visualizing data. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions based on data. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data to a non-technical audience. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with additional data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel). Familiarity with statistical analysis or machine learning techniques.
