About the role Collection, integration, analysis and reporting of data from various sources eg customer feedback, web analytics and internal databases Perform in depth analysis using various statistical and analytical tools and techniques Identify and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and generate actionable insights and recommendations Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate results and insights to different audiences Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions Maintain knowledge of emerging best practice developments in data analysis and visualisation Assist with forecasting & scheduling to predict upcoming workload Rostering and resource planning. About you A Uni degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field Previous experience in data analysis, preferably in a business context Proficiency in using data analysis and visualisation tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply statistical and analytical methods to complex and large data sets Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data and insights in a clear and compelling way to different audiences Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and validity Curiosity and creativity, with the ability to ask relevant questions and explore new possibilities with data Teamwork and collaboration skills to be able to work with a diverse group of people and contribute to team success About IMB IMB Bank is a leading member-owned bank offering a full range of products and services in both retail and business banking.
