Data Analyst - Rottnest Island PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Our client is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their team located on Rottnest Island. This role will be ongoing with the opportunity for permanent placement for the right candidate. Start: ASAP Location: Rottnest Island - Ferry trip from Fremantle each way daily paid for by client Working: Monday to Friday - 7.00am ferry over & 4.00pm ferry back Hourly Rate: $48.00 - $50.00 p/h + Super depending on experience The Role This role is integral to enabling better cost controls and providing management information to support informed decision-making. Responsibilities will include: Producing daily labour cost reports. Managing and calculating Purchase Orders values for all departments. Conducting labour forecasting and productivity cost analysis. Identifying optimal labour mix scenarios to improve rostering models. Implementation of improved labour controls for our operations on Rottnest Island. Experience Required: 3-6 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Advanced Excel skills (including XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF Statements - bonus scenario analysis). A passion for data-driven decision making.
