About the job: We are seeking a mid-level Data Engineer with 3–5 years of solid experience in data engineering, skilled in Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, developing robust analytics solutions, and enabling data-driven decision-making for our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in data engineering and Microsoft Fabric with strong business intelligence capabilities, transforming data into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric tools, such as Data Factory and Lakehouse for seamless integration and processing of data. Implement ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into a unified structure. Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable business insights. Work closely with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create and optimise data models for analytics and reporting purposes. Support data governance efforts by enforcing best practices and compliance standards. Conduct performance tuning for Power BI reports and data workflows to enhance scalability. Qualifications and Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in data engineering with strong experience with Microsoft Fabric , including data lakes, data transformations, and integration processes. Proficiency in Power BI, including advanced skills in DAX and Power Query. Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and database design. Advanced querying skills using SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Fabric, or Azure-related services will be a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Data Science , Information Technology , or a related field.
