What You’ll Do Acting as a subject-matter expert in data platforms & providing consultancy to clients. Lead data acquisition, integration, and management efforts. Collaborate directly with users to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Design and implement robust ETL processes, managing client expectations throughout. Implement cost-saving measures, security protocols and automated monitoring for robust governance and efficiency. Integrate and unify data from various sources, including relational databases, flat files, Excel and Big Data systems. Must-Haves Consulting background is a must. Advanced proficiency in SQL . Strong experience in ETL processes , using both GUI-based tools and code. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning. Nice-to-Haves Experience with data-engineering practices and software engineering principles. Familiarity with ETL tools like Informatica, Matillion, Fivetran or DBT . Cloud exposure, particularly with AWS or Azure . Certifications in Microsoft, AWS, Databricks and Snowflake desired. Skills in integrating data from semi-structured sources and APIs.
