As they embark on a transformative journey with the S4 Hana implementation, the need for a dedicated and experienced Data Migration Lead will play a pivotal role in the project success.Due to the importance of the role the successful candidate should be Perth based or willing to relocate themselves.Role Overview As the Data Migration Lead, you must have led successful Data Migration on S4 HANA implementations previously. You will be the cornerstone of the S4 Hana transformation project. Your expertise in leading S4 data migrations will ensure a seamless transition, aligning with strategic objectives and operational efficiency. You will define and execute the data migration process, ensuring critical stakeholder buy-in and managing relationships with the System Integrator.Key Responsibilities Lead the S4 Hana data migration process from planning to execution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define migration strategies and timelines. Gain critical stakeholder buy-in and maintain strong communication channels. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness throughout the migration process. Work closely with the System Integrator to manage the data migration process effectively. Oversee data mapping, transformation, and validation activities. Monitor and report on migration progress, addressing any issues promptly. Provide expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (Simple MDG). Requirements Proven experience in leading S4 Hana data migration projects previously in a global ERP environment. This is critical and non-negotiable. Strong understanding of data migration processes, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. In-depth knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (Simple MDG) is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively with System Integrators to ensure a successful migration.
