The company offers cutting-edge, highly automated information processing and data management software to deliver >99% accurate data to users from various sources. The Role This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Processing & Quality Assurance Operator located in South Melbourne, VIC. The operator will be responsible for processing a wide variety of business data and documents using Exedee's cloud computing software products, to ensure data accuracy. Additionally, the operator will assist with accurately training our system's AI & Machine Learning to correctly extract data automatically. Responsibilities: Processing documents by selecting the relevant data fields for the algorithms to learn. Occasionally covering absence in our physical mail processing team. Our Ideal Candidate Self-starter; driven, motivated & passionate about achieving. Great eye for detail & understand the importance of accuracy. Works well in a team environment & eager to support colleagues. Thrives in an office environment - contributes to a positive & uplifting culture. Willing to ask questions, seek support & clarify ambiguity. Understands that training AI & Machine Learning models takes time, frequency & repetition. Ambitious, willing to learn & keen to understand the 'why' behind tasks. Strong communication skills & analytical ability. Data Processing & Analytical skills. Proficiency in Computers & general Web Technology. Experience in quality assurance & data validation. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of business automation processes is a plus, but not essential. How Exedee Can Add Value To You Competitive base salary & superannuation (entry level role). Salary & Remuneration The expected salary range for this entry-level role is $50K - $57K + Super (bracket positioning subject to skills & experience).
