About the role We have an opportunity for a Data Science Specialist to be part of our Chief Data Office, Technology & Communication Services Command. This role provides a unique opportunity for you to use your skills, knowledge, and experience to help the NSW Police Force maximise the value that can be derived from its vast data and information holdings. The role will focus on developing data analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision making at an operational, tactical, and strategic level. Experience with SQL, R, Python, and Power BI including on contemporary data analytics platforms would be advantageous. Experience incorporating artificial intelligence technologies into a closed system would also be beneficial.
