It's always an exciting time to join the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW! About the role... We are currently seeking a Database & Systems Administrator to join our Human Resources team. You will lead the migration and implementation of the HR Information System (Kronos), ensure data integrity, and develop HR reporting tools using PowerBI. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to streamline processes, deliver training, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to enhance system efficiency and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Flexibility in working hours, including during major events like the Sydney Royal Easter Show, is essential. Qualifications and experience... Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience in database administration, including planning, configuration, and support. Strong proficiency in resolving user tickets and escalations, with excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in overseeing system upgrades and rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption. Ability to provide effective training to users and promote system proficiency. Familiarity with HRIS and HR-related surveys. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity. Ability to contribute to projects and initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement. About you...
