This position can be based in either Warwick Farm NSW, Melbourne VIC or Southport, QLD . About the position: Provide assistance to any DMS specific project Ensure daily tasks are carried out relating to DMS maintenance Provide high level support for DMS related issues or queries for both customers and Helpdesk staff Work with DMS vendors to ensure our DMS’s are running to their SLA’s Understand patches, fixes and enhancements and work with the business to ensure they are implemented and in controlled manner with no interruption to service Provide training to users when required About you: Knowledge in Dealer Management Systems such as era, eraPower, Tune & UNITS Detailed knowledge of vehicles/brands & models High degree of accuracy and data management skills Exemplary telephony and written communication skills Project management experience desired Benefits: Commitment to development and mentoring from your team!
