Job Description
Title: Dealer Network Manager or Project Manager Report to: Head of Franchise Duties and Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of the dealer network to enhance operational excellence in sales, service, customer experience, and brand standards. Project manage dealer facility upgrades, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with Zeekr brand standards. Oversee supplier management for signage upgrades and showroom fit-outs. Conduct periodic audits and evaluations of dealer operations to ensure compliance with brand standards. Assist in evaluating new dealer prospects and assess the capacity of existing dealerships. Support the onboarding process for new dealerships, ensuring alignment with company standards and expectations. Requirements / Qualifications: Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network development, project management, or a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry. Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Engagement, influence, and negotiation skills. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and design software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of dealer network operations is a plus.
