We are now recruiting a Sales Administrator to join the team to continue our success.About the role: As the Sales Administrator, you will support the Stock Controller, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.You'll take on various tasks, including: Manage registrations and transfers and ensure compliance with Vic Roads rules. Prepare registration deal packs, handle vehicle invoicing and payouts, and process purchase and repair orders. Update the Sales Log, check fleet deals for audits, process vehicle transactions, and manage invoicing and SAP reporting. Bring vehicles into stock, conduct audits, manage COSI processing, and organise arrivals. Collaborate with sales teams for smooth vehicle movement and coordinate with service and parts departments. Follow manufacturer standards, cover Stock Control as needed, and complete any additional tasks from your manager to meet the dealership standards. About you: Proven dealership experience in administration, ideally as an Assistant Stock Controller. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent knowledge of financial software and MS Office applications, with proficiency in Excel. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
