RayJays fish and chips is seeking an enthusiastic Deep Fry Cook / Manager to join our team in our Mooloolaba, Queensland location. As a permanent role, this position will play a vital part in delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our guests. What you'll be doing Preparing and cooking fish, chips, and other deep-fried items to perfection Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the deep fryer and surrounding work area Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times Providing friendly and efficient customer service Assisting the kitchen team as needed to ensure a smooth operation What we're looking for Previous experience as a deep fry cook or in a similar fast-paced hospitality role Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food Excellent time management and multitasking skills A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure Current food safety and hygiene certification is highly desirable What we offer Competitive casual hourly rate Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for career development and progression Meal discounts and social events About us RayJays fish and chips is a well-established and respected local business, serving the Mooloolaba community for over 20 years.
