We are currently seeking a Defect Manager. As a Defect Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the defect resolution process, ensuring that defects are properly identified, logged, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in defect management or a related role. Strong knowledge of defect management processes and methodologies. Experience with defect tracking tools and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects. Knowledge of software development lifecycle. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve defects. Certification in defect management or related field is a plus.
