The Roles: Accusystek has access to opportunities directly with a major MSP in the Combat Systems space. Combat system experience is a plus; however, don’t let that rule you out. We are looking for candidates in the Defence Maritime Industry to join our team. Currently, the roles are located in Canberra; however, Sydney or Adelaide-based roles may be considered for the right candidate. We are looking for Engineering candidates with Combat Systems, Safety, Data Management, Test and Evaluation, as well as general electrical and mechanical Systems. These roles are full-time, Level 3, and part of the MSP work packages. These roles sit within our Maritime Capability segment and will see you delivering specialist services to our clients in engagements that develop/support Capability for Navy. You will be operating above the line as a senior consultant. The Ideal Candidate: You are experienced in delivering systems engineering services in the Defence Maritime environment. If you have previous experience in Navy, Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG), or CASG, we would like to hear from you. As a Defence consultancy, we also need you to be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance. Required skills and attributes include: A Bachelor or equivalent level qualification in Engineering or other relevant degree. Minimum three years post-graduate experience. Experience working within the Defence Maritime environment (desired). An active AGSVA Security Clearance (minimum Baseline). May need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements. Effective communication skills and proven ability to deliver high-quality written products. Highly developed stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills. Consulting experience (desirable). Why join Accusystek?
