About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Lilydale City. This vital role ensures our customers enjoy a smooth and memorable experience when collecting their new or pre-owned vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication: Schedule and confirm vehicle delivery appointments with customers. Ensure customers are informed throughout the delivery process, including payment confirmation and collection timelines. Payment and Compliance: Verify that all payments are received and processed before the vehicle is handed over. Ensure all required paperwork is accurate, complete, and ready for collection. Coordination with Departments: Work closely with the workshop and detailing departments to maintain a consistent workflow and ensure vehicles are prepared for on-time delivery. Collaborate with stock control to streamline vehicle availability and readiness. System Management: Utilize Autoplay and PMDS to monitor salespersons’ appointments and delivery schedules. Update the DMS system to ensure accuracy and track the progress of each vehicle. Customer Experience: Ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and positive experience during the delivery process. Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and address any concerns. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks post-delivery, such as updating customer records and generating feedback reports. Support the admin team during periods of high workload or work overflow. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain delivery records and provide insights to sales and management teams to enhance customer service. Ensure accurate documentation of customer feedback to improve dealership processes. What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience working with dealership management systems such as Autoplay and PMDS (preferred). A proactive, customer-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional service. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle multiple priorities.
