For more information about Sungrow, please visit. Key Responsibilities Provide the technical leadership in the engineering execution of renewable energy projects (solar, battery storage, etc.). Oversee the technical issues in the design, delivery, and acceptance phases to ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with project managers, solution engineers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Develop and review engineering documentation , including technical drawings, design reports, and compliance reports. Provide technical support to operations, maintenance, and asset management teams. Review tender response documents, contract documents, and design documents to identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budget, or performance. Support the continuous improvement of engineering processes. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in engineering project delivery, with 1+ years in renewable energy or power infrastructure of utility scale . Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems , power electronics, grid integration, and energy storage solutions. Familiarity with engineering standards and regulations including those relating to BESS and Inverter systems (AS/NZS series, IEC, IEEE, NEC, local grid codes, etc.). Experience in engineering design software (AutoCAD or similar). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership skills to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills to interface with both internal teams and customers for complex requirement clarification and solution development. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications EA Qualifications or equivalent certification in the relevant area. Knowledge of SCADA, PPC, EMS for energy systems. Previous experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment.
