We develop, sell, and deliver Bazefield as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform or as an on-premises solution. Delivery Manager – Australia We are seeking a Delivery Manager for Project Delivery, System Configuration, System Integrations, IT/OT Do you want to contribute to the efficient Bazefield system services to energy sites around the world? Do you want to acquire in-depth knowledge of the product's features, functionality, and applications to effectively implement, troubleshoot, and help clients and colleagues solve technical tasks and problems? As a Delivery Manager you will work within our delivery team that is distributed across the world. Role & Responsibilities: Project management for the existing and new projects in the Pacific region Liaise with customers to ensure the project and technical deliverables are on track Be a local point of contact for the customer and manage the delivery team overseas Be a technical point of contact and work with the overseas delivery team to develop and deliver the project efficiently Hands-on configuration during commissioning and onboarding new sites Onboarding of new sites: IT/OT system integration, connectivity to sites, configuration, dataflow, calculations Custom configurations as determined by the customer: new integrations, reports, dashboards and key performance metrics Handling of 3rd line technical support enquiries raised by customers Write up design documents based on customer requirements Update documentation, knowledge base, report findings with product to R&D, possibly providing training for clients or internal team members Commissioning of sites in the Pacific Skills & Qualifications: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, think critically, and resolve issues accurately and effectively. Understanding client needs. Eager to improve and effective problem-solving skills. Clear, concise communication, able to translate technical details for both technical and non-technical contacts. Experience with technical aspects of IT systems, especially SCADA and the different interfaces/protocols/configurations connected to SCADA, as system owner, system developer, system engineer, or other relevant/similar skills. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in System Development, Engineering or other relevant. We are open to candidates with relevant work experience that can serve the same purpose. 5+ years of experience in the energy market, smart-grids, or related field.
